If you’re a freshman, then your jobs are:
Get good grades. Aim for all A’s because a high GPA is the foundation of any college application. If you find yourself struggling, reach out to your teachers for help now, early in the semester.
Stay curious. Reading the news, watching videos, and engaging with content that interests you are all good ways to figure out your Admissions Angle. We recommend starting a blog to record your interests in real-time and create a record of your path to discovering your Angle.
Plan for the future. Start thinking about clubs now in terms of things you want to try and what interests you. Club activity and community contribution will be so important later on.
